LKL design and manufacturing process complies with international compliance standards. Being certified in both ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 13485:2016 demonstrates our commitment to various respected industry quality management practices for the design and development, production, assembly and distribution of goods. By late 2017, LKL successfully registered and listed with the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), paving the way for global outreach of the LKL footprint.

LKL's manufacturing processes are attributed to a synergy of skilled personnel and modern technology. We utilise state-of-the-art robotic welding systems. Today, almost all of our manufacturing processes are carried out with SolidWorks and AutoCAD through to fabrication with computer-programmed punching, bending and cutting machines.
